Need to book a meeting room in Central London?

At 71-75, we’ve got you covered. We have three meeting rooms available to book by the hour, all accessible Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. In this article, we show you just how easy it is to reserve a meeting room through our hassle-free online booking system. Let’s get started.

1. Take a look at our meeting rooms

There are three meeting rooms for you to pick from: The Emonda (£40.00/hour), The Madone (£50.00/hour), and The Domane (£70.00/hour).

As you may have guessed from the names, we’re cycling fans.

All rooms come complete with state-of-the-art interactive displays, WiFi connectivity, and air conditioning. The amenities are the same in each room, the only differences being the individual aesthetic of the rooms and the number of people they can host:

Get started by visiting 71-75’s meeting room page and clicking ‘Explore’ next to the room that you’re interested in.

2. See the rooms in more detail

You can then browse through the image gallery and find out more information about each room.

3. Start the booking process

When you’ve found your room, select ‘BOOK’ from its dedicated page or the main meeting room page.

4. Select your date and time

You now need to choose the date and time that you would like to book the room for. Use the date filter at the top of the screen and then click on the time slot that you would like to book.

If the calendar is greyed out, unfortunately, the slot you want is unavailable. Simply try again until you find an available time.

5. Provide the meeting details

Tweak the time slot if necessary and then give your meeting a title and a short description. Don’t worry, this is for your own reference and will not be published on the public calendar.

Review the booking summary and then click ‘Next’.

6. Set up your 71-75 account

To set up your account, all we need is your email address, password, full name, phone number (optional), company name, and website URL (optional). Click ‘Next’ when you’re ready.

7. Make payment

Now all you need to do is enter the cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date, CVC number and the cardholder’s postcode. Select ‘Next’ to proceed and then check over the information again. You can confirm and the order will be processed.

8. Your meeting room is now booked

That’s it. We’ll immediately send you an email to confirm the booking. If you have any questions before your meeting is due to take place, get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to help. Our team will look forward to welcoming you on the day.
